Select the + icon in the day to display the reservation window. 3. Enter the abbreviated name of the equipment you want to reserve in the Brief Description section. FLIP1 FLIP2 KODAKEASY OLYMPUSPCM 4. Enter your First & Last Name in the Full Description section. 5. Change Untimed Event to Timed Event. If reserving for the entire day, change to All Day Event and skip to number 8. 6. Enter the Start Time. 7. Enter the End Time. Careful! End time is when the locker key will be returned to the office. 8. Click No to send reminder. 9. Click Save. Your reservation for the equipment has been made. 10. Please return equipment on time.
